Hi, if I bought two eligible devices for the free promo- will I get An extra year of Apple TV + free?

You only get one Year attached to whatever Apple ID is signed in to the device you initiate the subscription on.

Only one offer per Family, regardless of number of devices purchased. You can share your 1 year free Apple TV+ with up to 5 other family members via Family Sharing.
