Am I being hacked?
My iPhone says “Your Apple ID and phone number are now being used for FaceTime on a new IPhone.” I don’t recognize this and do not have any other iPhones associated with the account, what do I do?

Change your password: https://appleid.apple.com
And to make your Apple ID more secure, use 2 Factor Authentication: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID – Apple Support
Important: Create at least 2 trusted phone number.
