itunes movies app not loading

iTunes movie app won’t load on Apple TV. The preview shows up when I highlight it but when I click on it I get nothing. I can still access content through the Apple TV app but it’s unnecessary steps.

apple tv library movies wont play When i try to play any movie from my library that has a menu screen it wont load. I click the movie and it just shows a blank screen. Movies without a menu screen (older movies) play just fine. I can also play any movie on any other device. If i use the movies menu in the atv+ app i can resume a movie just fine. I have reset the appletv numerous times. I have force closed the atv+ app numerous times. Internet is working just fine as always. This problem seems to only be affected by playing a movie that has to load a menu screen. Any suggestions?

Apple TV app not working When I open my Apple TV app all it shows is downloaded no videos your synced videos will appear here. I’ve tried everything. I have an iPhone se 2nd gen. Any others with this problem?
