Am trying to set upApplePay on my son's phone but it states that "This iCloud account cannot be used to set up Apple Pay"
Not sure why we are getting that message

Apple Pay has an age limit of 13. If you created his Apple ID before that, you need to go back and verify his birthday. You may have to change it and then change it back. Signing out of his Apple ID and back insight resolve it also. Apple Cash requires an age of 18.
