I have recently upgraded to Catalina and several of my apps no longer work with the new OS. It was easy to delete the non-working apps from Finder...but a few still remain on my Launchpad. How can I delete these?
Go to Launchpad, hold down the Control key while clicking on one of the apps and all the apps icons should begin to wiggle.
some will have a small 'x' that you can click to remove them from Launchpad. Not all apps will allow this though.

The apps I'm trying to delete (from my Launchpad) do not have the x.
