Iphone 11 pro max dual sim
I have an Iphone 11 pro max, its supposed to be dual sim but the sim tray only holds 1 sim card, I can't fit one on the reverse

As you might know, there are two types of iPhone 11 Pro Max:

and/or:--> Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support
Perhaps the model you bought can hold only 1 physical SIM + 1 eSIM
