Dear community,
Since I have updated my OS to Catalina, my Sony Headphones have stopped working properly. They are successfully connected via bluetooth to my Macbook Pro but the computer, after some seconds, switches the Audio output to "Internal Speakers", despite the headphones are still correctly paired.
Does someone have an idea of how to solve the problem?
OS: macOS Catalina 10.15.1
Headphones: Sony WH-CH700N

I RESTARTED THE HEADSET!!! We have the same so it might work. Try this:

It was immediately detected by the bluetooth of Macbook Air on Catalina. Let me know if it helps! :)

Same problem. I recently updated my OS to Catalina and I just bought new headphones. SAME MODEL: Sony WH-CH700N. I already DEBUG the bluetooth device. I already did restarted several times. I even tested a speaker with bluetooth to check if the hardware is working, and it connected. I hope MAC can address this. :(
Very frustrating, indeed. Since I updated Spotify, the problem occurs less often but I don't know if it's only a coincidence... In the meantime, I just use the cable so I don't get crazy hahahahah
