phone call regarding possible breach in icloud account

I have ben receiving phone calls claiming to be from apple security regarding a breach in my iCloud accounts. then the recording offers to connect me to apple support. Is this legit or phishing? The recording also warns me not to activate any usage on any of my apple devices .
