Phone call my iCloud has been breached

Received a call today 11/06/19 that my iCloud had been breached and not to sign on to the internet or to iCloud. Is this phishing/spam or is this real? I have received no other notice. I suspect phishing/spam.

It's a scam. Apple will never initiate telephone contact with a customer.
