Why isn't my iPhone 6 plus updating to the iOS 13 software? It will only update to the iOS 12 update.

So does it mean there wouldn’t be any further update for the 6 plus after the iOS 12 update??

I have a 6s plus.
To be clear though, how would I find the exact level of iPhone that I have? I bought my phone from a third party who marketed it at a 6s plus.
