hello i m buy apple watch series 5 in dubai. i cant use ecg app on my apple watch. what can i do.

You can try, but there is a very good chance, you will have to return the Apple Watch in the country where you purchased it.

I would return it for a refund straight away as the ECG function hasn't bee approved in dubai yet,
But i m only purchased the watch from dubai. I m using watch in india. My iphone & iwatch is latest version running.
So i cant use ecg function in India ?
