Since I upgraded my MAC to Catalina I no longer get a pop-up from my Wifi source to accept their terms & conditions preventing internet access.

I assume Catalina is blocking the browser pop-up from my Wifi provider. Is it possible to unblock this so I can agree to the conditions of use of the Wifi source?

After looking at other threads the suggestion that worked for me was to boot into SAFE mode and then connect to WiFi. This worked as before I upgraded to Catalina. The pop up window appeared to agree to the Ts & Cs, I clicked AGREE, and I gained internet access. Since I don't connect to this particular Wifi source often, this is an acceptable workaround until a Catalina update fixes the problem. If I used many different Wifi sources that required the same kind of procedure I would probably find it tiresome very quickly.
