Apple Music v iTunes Match

I recently subscribed to Apple Music and have also been an iTunes subscriber for years. My iTunes "Match" subscription is about to be automatically renewed. Do I need BOTH iTunes Match AND an Apple Music subscription? Can I even HAVE both, now that Apple has changed iTunes? What are the advantages/disadvantages to keeping both??

Thanks
