is this a scam?

I am being hounded by phone calls saying the my icloud account has been breached. The calls are coming from different phone numbers. Is this a scam?

It is indeed a scam. The callers are criminals trying to steal your personal and financial information. Hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

I’m getting phone calls on my landline 2 and 3 times a day claiming to be Apple notifying me of a breach on my account. The Apple ID and the call back numbers are listed Apple numbers, but the calls are robocalls and I’m afraid to hang on the line to talk. How can I stop these annoying and alarming calls?
