how do I update Adobe reader to get it to work with the macOS Catalina?

Thanks! This link did the trick! So much easier than reading the Apple Support page that then sends you over to Adobe where you click for help and get a "robot type" response from the chat help "bot". Why doesn't Apple just include this link on their help page instead?
