How to update to 9.3.6 for ipad mini?

Hi... i have 9.3.5 for my ipad mini and it says “software is up to date”. How do i update it to 9.3.6. Thank u

You can only update it if your iPad mini is Cellular + Wi-Fi enabled. You've advised that your iPad mini is Wi-Fi only, therefore there is no update.
