Lost reminders on ipad

Hello iv just upgraded my iPhone to a 8plus and noticed iv lost all of my reminders who do I retrieve them back on to my iPad please. The phone has iOS 13 the iPad just updated to iOS 12.4 if that helps

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

Thankyou iv given up and put them all on manually again.

my next Q is iv a red exsplaination mark on my message icon and this iPad has become very slow and while typing it flashes on ever letter I use very slow and annoying hope some one can advise please thank you 🌸
