Iphone 5c will not upgrade to 10.3.4

I have 2 Iphone 5cs both at 10.3.3. Checking for updates says they are up-to-date and so cannot upgrade to 10.3.4. Any help appreciated.

There is no 10.3.4 for the 5c and it's not required for this model. The 5c isn't affected by the GPS bug, only the iPhone 5 is, but not the iPhone 5c, 5s or SE.
