I just bought the iPhone 11 pro but now I think I want the iPhone 11 pro Max. Is it possible for me to trade in my iPhone 11 pro for the iPhone 11 pro Max?

You have a 14 day return window if you bought the phone from Apple.

You can return it and get a different model / color / capacity instead.

I have the same question but I’m already past the 14 day return window. I want to trade in my current iPhone 11 but it’s not on the drop down menu when selecting device to trade in.
