i upgraded my iPad to OS 13 and now my reminders are not available on my iPhone 6+. When will Apple make them available on the phone which apparently they are not upgrading to iOS 13?

Thanks for your prompt reply. That’s what I thought. Because I use reminders extensively (I’m getting old!), I now must buy a technologically lagging 4G phone. This is the first time Apple has let me down, but I’m still angry.
I'm afraid you can't. Apple has reworked the reminders app, it's no longer possible to sync reminders you created on a device with iOS 13 with devices that run iOS 12 or earlier.
How can I see my reminder entries on my iPhone 6 ?
