How do I install the Mac OS to my USB? I want to change my old hard drive for a SSD

I just bought a SSD drive, and Im planning on install it to my MacBook Pro mid 2012, but I just can't find where to download the operating system Catalina or other OS to my USB

For the strongest security and latest features, upgrade to macOS Catalina. If you have hardware or software that isn't compatible with Catalina, you might be able to install an earlier macOS, such as Mojave, High Sierra, Sierra, or El Capitan.
