IPAD Gen 4 unable to update to IOS 10.3.4
I have two gen 4 ipads and they noth say "IOS 10.3.3: Your software is up to date" when check for updates. How do I update to IOS 10.3.4

iOS 10.3.4 is only available for units with a GPS; ones which don't aren't subject to the issues it patches.
