When MacBook comes out of sleep mode Bluetooth will not wake up

Hi running Catalina. When MacBook comes out of sleep mode Bluetooth will not wake up. Keyboard and mouse not working. If so full shutdown and reboot. Works ok. Any thoughts would be helpful. Ty

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

and

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
