can i get my old information on my new phone after i already set it up

is there a way i get get all my old stuff off of my old iphone after i’ve already set the new iphone up? i want to have all my old things on my new phone but i skipped the restore backup option.

iPhone XR, iOS 12

If you haven't already put any new content on the new phone, you can still restore the backup. See this for help. Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
