Since updating my iphone6plus with the new update my phone will not stay connected to Bluetooth in my car, connects than drops out.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

Bluetooth connection issue Every time I try and connect my Iphone to my Fiats Bluetooth I have to Restart my phone. Ive tried deleting and remaking the bluetooth connection but if i try to connecting without restarting the phone it says connection unavailable. Turning the bluetooth off and on makes no difference. Once i restart my phone it connects no problem but its really irritating to have to restart my phone every time i get in the car. Any ideas would be welcome.
