Contact addresses have disappeared

I have just noticed that all addresses in my contacts have disappeared, this is on my iPad and iPhone. There are about 50 so having a bit of a panic as I don’t have them written down anywhere 🙁

I have tried going to iCloud and turning contacts off and then back on again but nothing. Has anyone come across this before and know how to fix it?
