How do I add a Apple store and iTunes card to my Apple phone so I can use that for purchases

Adding an iTunes card is done through the App Store app. Once inside the App Store app, tap your avatar in the upper right hand corner and then choose "Redeem Gift Card or Code"
Apple Store cards are different and are used at time of purchase either online or in an Apple Store.
