Since I updated to iOS 13 my battery drains in 2 hours and my iPhone 6s is randomly shutting down. Rendering my phone virtually useless. Anyone else? Any fix?

You have a very old device and maybe it's time to replace the battery.
80% is considered end of life, I would put a new battery in it.
Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and see what it shows. And how old is the battery?
What was the % shown in battery health?
Doesn't say how old the battery is. I assume it is the original battery. I didn't have any issues with it until I updated to ios 13.
