Bank pass codes

I cannot receive pass codes from my banks on my iPhone 7, any one can help, tried many ways like:reset network settings, reset to factory setting, my network provider tried 3 times resetting my phone

iPhone 7, iOS 13

How is your bank sending the pass-code? Is it via text messages? If so, see this:

If you can‘t send or receive messages on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Note: you can send text messages to yourself for testing purposes.

Thanks for your reply, but have tried everything on this iPhone, even formatting it to factory settings but still can’t receive them bank codes, everything else is OK, calling sending and receiving messages is fine. The only problem is the bank codes and WhatsApp activation code also, can’t receive them

Thanks for your reply, but yeah I made sure the banks got my correct number. I have tried everything on this iPhone, other messages are fine, its just the bank activation codes and apps activation codes like WhatsApp

Are you sure they have your correct phone number? If they have the wrong number it won't go through.
