Sharing Photos to Apple TV

Please tell me how, with MAC Catalina, I share photos to Apple TV. Previously I used sharing in iTunes.

I am trying to get my photos on my Apple TV. I have followed the instructions for Sharing photos to Apple TV from Catalina which I have. System Preferences, Sharing, Home Sharing and Media Sharing on. The next screen is pale and nothing works. What else can I do to select the photos. I used to do this in Sierra all of the time.

New update to Apple OS and AppleTV OS I was able to share my Photo (not iTunes) picture albums on my Imac to my AppleTV. The latest update took it away. I hope that feature is still available. Articles on the internet refer to iTunes. We are haveing a Christmas party and its the best screen show.

No Photos option under Computers on Apple TV 4 running 14.2 I used to be able to access photos on my iMac from my Apple TV 4 via the Computers option. Now, that selection only shows music and videos. I have Home Sharing turned on and have it set to share all my albums. I can see my photos using the Photos app on the Apple TV, but I assume those are coming from iCloud. I've turned home sharing off and on a few times, restarted my Apple TV but am not able to access photos via Computers like I did before. Granted, I haven't tried this in a while. I am running Big Sur on my 2020 iMac.

Home Sharing has moved to System Preferences -> Sharing -> Media Sharing
