I was looking for the Find My Friends app and it took me to the store and said specific features not available on this device. I have the iPhone 8 and I’m running IOS 13.1.2

Find My Friends has been replaced by the new Find My and it's already on your device.

The Find My Friends and Find My iPhone apps were wed together to create the Find My app. It is on your iPhone possibly in the Extras folder.
