cleared cache

Hello,

I accidentally cleared cache, and lost all my open tabs in safari, which were indispensable for me. I restored my iphone with last week icloud backup, but safari has still no open tabs. Can I somehow restore safari, and see those open tabs that I had before cache cleanup?
