Safari has most options greyed out and I can't click in browser window at all

When I open safari a safari box message pop up but quickly disappear, after that the safari window is not working as intended, almost all the option are grey out.

When I force to quit and restart I got the same problem back again.

Do you know how to fix this ?

I cant get safari to open up even though when I click on options it has a choice to quit safari? Why wont Safari work? Chrome is working. When I clock the icon it has the choice to quit Safari, lke it thinks its open. The wheel spins so I cant open a file to clear history etc.

Safari has most options greyed out and I can't click in browser window at all Hello, my safari isn't working correctly. Before I get into the details I've run Malwarebytes for mac and it didn't find any issues. What's happening is that when I first launch Safari I get an error that the server isn't found. Then it loads the launch screen with apple and disney icons but I can't click anywhere in the browser. On top of that I would say about 2/3 of the safari options are greyed out including preferences. I usually use chrome but I need safari for testing purposes. Any thoughts on what's going on and how to fix it?

Issue has been fixed most probably because I have just upgraded to macOS Catalina.
