iOS 13.1.3 & problem with screen time for family

Question

I have an iPhone XR, using iOS 13.1.3.

I cannot manage the screen time for the members of my family anymore.

The members still show up under 'Setting>Apple ID> Family Sharing'.

But they do not show up under 'Setting>Screen time' anymore.

The option 'Set Up Screen Time for family' does not show up either.

If they they to send me a request I do not receive notification on my iPhone anymore and I have to personally manage it on their iPads.

Everithing was fine before upgrading to iOS 13.

Resolved, apparently.

Eliminated one of the members account and added it back to the “family”. Everything went back to normal.

That worked for me as well, I booted my wife and now I can see the kids. Will add her back and see if it sticks

I lost my family too for screen time. I eliminated one of my kids and the other kid won’t load back on screen time. Any other suggestions?
