how can i zoom in and not lose the zoom when i leave edit mode?
using photos on an imac, i am editing photos in "photos." i can not get a "zoom" to hold when i leave the edit mode.
iMac, macOS 10.12

The zoom in editing mode is just for convenience and does not hold over when you quit Edit. To zoom permanently you need to crop the photo using the Edit crop tool.
