Will the apple tv+ app be available to download on my current fire stick?

Which of the four models is your current Fire TV Stick? All but the 1st generation are supported for installing (new) apps.
Ultimately, it will be up to Amazon to make the app available in their App Store, for devices that they can and will support.
Apple's app store is only available on their devices. If it was made available by Amazon then you would see it within the storefront for your device, just as with any other app.
