My Apple Watch 4 seems to lose battery life quickly

My Apple watch 4 series loses battery life really fast. If I don't charge it overnight it will not last the next day.

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.

So far, so good! I restarted it and the battery was better.
