No. It's 32 bits, you need to either stay on Mojave or buy the latest 64 bit version of Microsoft Office - office 2019.

No. It is 32 bit app which is not support on Catalina.

You will either have to upgrade to a new 64 bit version or switch over to LibreOffice, which is free.
