How do I retrieve my info from iCloud?

If you are wanting to Restore from your iCloud backup from your phone, check here from Apple Support.

If you want to sync your phone with your iCloud data such as Reminders, Contacts, Calendar, etc. After you sign into your iCloud account all that data should download to your phone.

1. Open Settings and go to “iCloud”
2. Tap on “Storage & Backup” then tap “Manage Storage”
3. Look under “Documents & Data” to see which apps have iCloud documents available – note that both iOS and OS X apps storing documents in iCloud will be seen here.

You can sign into iCloud.com to see your info in the cloud. If you backed up like you said the info you backed uo is already on your device.
