iPhone lag issue

Since I installed version IOS 12.4.2 on my iPhone 6,

I experience all the time slowing down while using the device,

I can't write a single sentence in WHATSAPP without the device getting stuck.

Almost impossible to use the device in any application anymore.

I tried "Force Reset" but it didn't help.

Please help
