Chinese (Traditional) font became smaller and inconsistent after iOS 13.1.2

After system upgraded to 13.1.2, the system font that shows the Traditional Chinese characters is not the same as before. Please see the example image below. The Chinese characters are inconsistent in size. I suspect that it is using Simplified Chinese or Japanese character set as the location of punctuation marks are not following the standard rule. Please fix. Thank you.

Thank you Tom. This has solved my problem. When I checked on the language setting, it had the "Korean" instead of my Traditional Chinese. Not sure what happened there, but I'm glad the problem is gone. Thanks once again. :)

Go to settings > general > language and make sure that trad chinese is higher on the list than japanese. If japanese is higher, the device will use a japanese style font.
