what is your child changed the password and phone disabled

I have my daughter on family sharing with my apple id. How ever she changed her password and disabled her phone. I tried to reset her password but the email that is associated with her account is her icloud.com of course can't get into that because don't know the password. I tried doing the security questions however the birthday I'm entering is stating it's not correct. Bottom line how do I get her Password reset and phone disabled even if I have to take it back to factory setting.
