Iphone isn’t updating

I tried updating my iPhone 11 pro max last night and the apple symbol and the little loading circle has been stuck there for about 8 hours. I can’t do anything with it being stuck. Please help

Reboot:

Tap and quickly release volume up button

Then tap and quickly release volume down button

Then press and hold power button (keep holding past swipe to power off) until the Apple Logo appears, then let go

Anything else I can try? They said they don’t have any openings till tomorrow at 1pm at the apple store. I can’t just walk in the store and ask for help?
