Videos not playing on iPhone SE

Since the latest software upgrade (version 13.0) I am unable to play videos that I shot on my iPhone. I get an error message that says, "Unable to Play Video An error occurred. Please try again later." I've tried to play videos for a couple days and keep getting the same message. What's up?

Just updated to ios 13.1 and the problem was fixed.
