Broken Apple Music Library

My music library in Apple Music does not sync on my iPhone or add new music. In general, music basically does not work on the iPhone (although the subscription is active), although everything works on other devices with my Apple id (iPad, PC).

If the Music App isn’t responding 

Make sure your iOS software is up to date iOS 13.1
