iPhone XR iOS 13 update issue

Hi all, I have iPhone XR and updating it to the new iOS. However installation takes already 1 hour and I have black screen with Apple sign and update bar. Any idea how to finish it?

Your update will take forever if you don't stop it.

Try -> If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
