I updated my iPhone 6sPlus with Ios13 and since then I cannot send any SMS

when I write the SMS and try to push the Send button (up arrow) it does not send
my device is fully operative and working, it looks like a bug of ios13, never occurs before
Ask your carrier. They provide that service.
