Cellular Apple Watch 5

i am planning to purchase the apple watch 5 GSM+Cellular from UAE, however i am travelling between Saudia and Israel. i understand that both countries do not support the esim so the Cellular watch cannot be used.

my question is: can i use the purchased watch (esim) in other countries when the carriers become supporting the esim?
