How do I limit what my other devices have access too? Like my messages or phone calls,

For messages, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on the device where you don't want the messages to be received. For iCloud data, go to Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off syncing for the data you don't want to show on the device.
