Upgrade SSD and RAM 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar)
Is it possible to upgrade SSD and RAM on the 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar)?
If yes, where could I find the parts?

This is the same problem you face when you need a bigger engine in your car. Upgrading the one you have is essentially impossible.
You can convert your current computer to Cash by selling it, and use the cash to buy a computer that better meets your needs.

You can purchase a external hard drive - there are some very small reasonably priced bus powered SSDs. Even so that rather takes away from the convenience of a notebook unless there's data you can conveniently leave at home. The best choice, if you have the financial ability is to sell it and purchase a new or Apple refurbished computer that fits your needs today and for the next several years.
If the MBP is newer than 2015 no, it is not upgradable.
It is the new MBP bought it on late 2017. What are my options to increase storage and memory? I made the mistake of buying the base version :/
You can’t upgrade the RAM, it is soldered to the logic board. You can’t replace the SSD with a larger one, your only option would be external storage
